If you already use and love Customer Appointment Manager, but are interested in trying an online component, you should try the Take Appointments Online feature in Customer Appointment Manager Pro.

One way you can use the internet with your PC-based appointment manager is to send appointments to Google Calendar. Each employee that wishes to see their schedule online would need to create a Google Calendar, which could be set up on www.google.com. Once the email addresses and passwords are entered, you can begin to send appointments to Google Calendar. You may want to get in the habit of sending appointments to Google Calendar regularly, so your employees’ calendars are up-to-date.
